Hahas, but we do need this system.
The roles that would be needed:
Chairperson - to lead all activities, and if anything goes wrong or there's any enquiries, this person will be verrry useful(:
Vice-chair - to assist the Chairperson. Both the Chairperson and Vice-chair will be the overall in charge for all outings and activities too.
Secretaries - the ones who post admin(wow, so formal:X) matters, like outing dates and so on. But anyone from 6A can post, not only the secretaries. The secretaries will handle outing problems too, like finding out about the outing costs and all. They will also inform people about things that's going on. Hmm. What else? Thats about all(:
Welfare comm - the ones who plan the fun outings!;) However, to organise an outing, everyone has to agree. :O OBVIOUSLY.
Photographer - takes pictures and posts them on the blog!:]
